A large engineering services and contract staffing firm was hiring for multiple technical roles across sectors like oil & gas, infrastructure, and manufacturing. With thousands of candidates flowing through multiple recruiters, cities, and Excel sheets they lacked a centralized view of their own candidate base.
As a result, recruiters were frequently re-purchasing candidate data from job boards, even when those same profiles had already been contacted or saved earlier by someone else in the organization.
They partnered with Hunar to build a shared recruitment system that could act as a source of truth, reduce data duplication, and help recruiters work more efficiently.
