Engineers (Both Backend and Frontend, SDE2/SDE3 level)
As one of the first few engineers, you will help with the implementation, and launch of many key product features. You will not just be defining the tech stack, best practices and approach for solving customer issues but also define the engineering culture for people who come after you. As an engineer you will be responsible for:
• End-to-end ownership of product/feature across all phases, from development to production.
• Ensuring the developed features are scalable and highly available with no quality concerns.
• Management and execution against project plans and delivery commitments.
• Assist directly and indirectly in the continual hiring and development of technical talent.
Senior Backend Engineer
𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭
3+ years for SDE2
5+ years for SDE3
𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩
• Experience with Python, Node.js or Go.
• Deep hands-on technical expertise and experience in building B2B tools
• Experience working on the GCP stack.
• Experience with NoSQL and relational databases.
Senior Frontend Engineer
𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭
3+ years for SDE2 (2+ for React)
5+ years for SDE3 (3+ for React)
𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩
• Proficient understanding of Web Fundamentals - HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/ES6
• Experience with bundling tools like Webpack, Rollup, etc., and understanding of CSS pre-processing platforms in Javascript.
• Experience of at least one of the UI frameworks like React, Vue, Angular 4+, etc.
• Understanding/experience in cross-platform UI frameworks like React Web, Flutter, etc.
• Understanding of DevOps - S3, API Gateway CI / CD toolchain: Docker, Kubernetes
Senior Graphic Designer
𝘌𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘓𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘭
3+ years of experience
𝘗𝘳𝘦𝘧𝘦𝘳𝘦𝘯𝘤𝘦 𝘧𝘰𝘳 𝘤𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘥𝘢𝘵𝘦𝘴 𝘸𝘪𝘵𝘩
• Previous experience building UI/UX for non-savvy end users
• Design for both Web and Mobile
