Dynamic Interruption Handling

We trained our interruption models on how human recruiters actually handle these moments, built specifically for code-mixed, noisy phone conversations.

Audio Regeneration Model
People decide to interrupt before the words come out. So when an agent stops and resumes, it can't pick up from the exact word where it was interrupted. It has to return to the last point that carried meaningful context for the listener.
We built a model that finds that exact resumption point, learned from how human recruiters recover and continue mid-conversation.
